Fears of Turkey shortage in the UK as turkey farmers warn of labour and supply shortages

Poultry farmers in East Anglia have warned that the industry is at crises point, with labour shortages of lorry drivers and a lack of staff at processing plants. 

Business owners say unless the Government relaxes the rules on foreign workers coming here then poultry producers overseas could take a greater share of the market.
